1. Return Eligibility
We will accept returns of a product if:
The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect
You have raised a request within 48 hours of delivery.
2. Non-returnable items
Open or used products
Consumables like Shilajit after the pack is opened
Products returned without its original packaging
3. Refund Process
Upon approval, refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days.
The refund will be credited to the same payment method through which you made the payment.
4. Replacement policy
In the event of a damaged or incorrect product, the product will be replaced upon confirmation of the product through product photos and video.
5. How to claim for return/replacement
You have to send your query with your Order ID and photos or a video of the product you received.

Shipping policy
1. Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days.
Orders are not dispatched on Sunday or public holidays.
2. Delivery time
We will take about 3-7 business days to deliver your order.
3. Shipping Charges
Free shipping will be applicable for specific orders; otherwise, the shipping charges will be as shown during checkout.
4. Order tracking
Once the order is shipped, the customer will be provided with the tracking number via SMS and e-mail.
5. Delays in delivery
The delay may be caused by factors beyond our control such as, but not limited to, strikes, natural disasters, delays from couriers, weather patterns, traffic congestion, etc. Ultrashot will not be liable for any loss, damage, or costs incurred by the customer resulting from any delays.
6. Wrong delivery address
Ensure that the delivery address entered is correct. We will not be liable for any delivery failure due to the customer providing wrong delivery address information.
Cancellation Policy
1. Order cancellation
Orders can be canceled within 12 hours from the time of order placement.
After this time, orders cannot be canceled once dispatched.
2. Refund of a canceled order
Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days.
