Due to the nature of our products, returns are accepted
only under the following conditions:
The product is
damaged during delivery

wrong product has been delivered
The product has a
manufacturing defect
The product must be
unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
Return requests must be raised within
48 hours of delivery.
Products damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or improper storage are
not eligible for return.
Contact our customer support team within 48 hours of receiving the product.
Share clear images or videos of the damaged or incorrect product.
Our team will verify the request.
Once approved, the return will be initiated.
Approved refunds will be processed within
7–10 business days.
Refunds will be credited to the
original mode of payment.
Shipping charges (if applicable) are
non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.
Replacement may be offered instead of a refund, subject to product availability.
Replacements will be dispatched after the returned product is received and inspected.

Opened or used products
Products returned without original packaging
Products damaged after delivery
Orders cancelled before dispatch are eligible for a full refund.
Orders cannot be cancelled once shipped.
